The “YBRS way” is to prepare children for the real world by being involved in it now; to have impact now; to take responsibility now; and to model and practice the skills and mindsets that we will need later on - now.

Our learning principles are core shared beliefs about how to nurture powerful and impactful learning experiences. To inculcate into young kids – humane gratitude and compassionate character, an extraordinary insight into nature and social phenomena.

The core focus of our education is to provide an environment that generates curiosity, encourages them to become

independent thinkers. Development of the unique personality of each child by providing them hands-on-experience and

the practical ‘Do-it-Yourself’ approach - the underlying ethos of YBRS.

Why Us

Mrs. Manju Pabuwal is an educator and child psychologist whose efforts for empowering the girl child have been widely recognized around Rajasthan, India. She is the founder of AfterXII School of Design & Architecture and SchoolAfterSchool - an after-School Programme, established in 2004.

She is a graduate from the prestigious Lady Irwin College, Delhi. Being a
passionate educator, she is cognizant of the importance of students realizing
their true calling and taking up fields that instinctively drive them.

While nurturing older children she realized that it is during the early years
of their life – when they need to be thrusted upon the right path and given the right direction. Instead of learning becoming a stressful affair in their later years, it must become a joyful experience throughout their life. She realized the importance of the fact that it is the early foundation of a child which needs to be shaped with tender care and prudence.

When a child is young, an orange might be a ball

for him.
As he grows, his creativity is suppressed by pre-existing notions and hypothesis.

This is where the vision of YBRS lies - Their creativity is the most important asset to the society. It must unfold more and more to thrive and produce extra-ordinary results.

The world today looks at children as result-giving machines and education has become a means for moulding them into being obedient robots. Childhood must not be suffocated by
mentoring. It has to be given infinite space for self-explored possibilities, such that it springs into inundated adulthood. With this vision to give ample opportunities to these
tiny photons, a realm of unprecedented future leaders in

each domain would be created.

About Us
Evening School

The little photons will be introduced to

Robotics and Science Experiments, Drama, Basics of Dance, Musical Instruments and Sanskrit Shlokas,

Unconventional as well as Traditional Sports.

Last but not the least, we will be learning a new language too.

We hope you are excited about sending your child
to YBRS's  Evening School as much as we are
delighted about dawning it.

At Yellow Brick Road School,  we believe in doing everything that is needed for their overall development and that too the fun way.

So let the little ones expend their unlimited energy in creating some value addition which will remain with them forever.

STEAM Learning

The Reggio Emilia Approach

The school will undertake a broad range of

activities and a diverse spectrum of learning techniques from around the world in an effort to build a cohesive education system for its students.  The learning structure is based on hands-on experiences, Thematic approach, core competencies, and culture. Nothing can substitute experience. We learn by taking risks and involving in the process.  YBRS has set curriculum standards that support each child’s individual pattern of development and learning style. Goals and objectives are what children need to learn. The curriculum is the roadmap for getting there.

We recognize the importance of keeping up to date with all new developments in the Early Years

Sector and strive to continually enhance our

service to incorporate new ideas and

requirements. YBRS offers a balance of

child-initiated and

adult initiated activities that motivate,

stimulate, and reinforce learning.

An innovative learning framework that incorporates specific learning outcomes and knowledge skills that align with children’s developmental needs and interests. It is divided into five key areas:  practical life, sensorial, mathematics, language, and culture.

Science is everywhere
in the world around us.
Technology is continuously pervading every part of our lives.
Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math
(STEAM) Learning is collaborative and project- based; kids work closely together in a hands-
on way to solve real-world problems.

Children are capable of constructing their own learning . They are driven by their interests to understand and know more.

Children form an understanding of themselves and their place in the world through their interactions with others.

Creative Curriculum

Comprehensive and research-based that features exploration and discovery as a way of learning, enabling children to develop confidence,  creativity, and lifelong critical thinking skills.

Play-way Method

A flexible one, based on a child’s interest and aptitude. It is unplanned and thus encourages complete freedom of expression. This method rules out grading or marking kids based on parameters.
